1. Who we are

Blue Crow Studio is a brand operated by Women Ignite Fire. The website at womenignitefire.com, every brand and digital product sold through it, and any related social media accounts we operate (collectively, the "Service") are owned and operated by Women Ignite Fire ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms govern your use of the Service.

2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing the Service, signing up for our email list, purchasing a digital product, or interacting with our social channels, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

3. Digital products & sales

We sell digital products including wardrobe guides, capsule edits, and related downloadable materials. All purchases are processed by a regulated third-party payment provider. By purchasing, you agree to that provider's terms as well as ours.

All digital product sales are final. Because digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks for any digital download, guide, edit, capsule, blueprint, or collection sold through the Service. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

4. Affiliate links & commissions

Much of the wardrobe content on the Service contains affiliate links. If you click one and buy something, we may earn a commission from the retailer. This never changes the price you pay — the commission is paid by the retailer out of its own margin.

As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. We also participate in other affiliate and creator programmes, and some links are routed through a link-management service that records the click and forwards you to the retailer.

Affiliate links are disclosed on the pages where they appear, in line with the US Federal Trade Commission's guidance on endorsements and the requirements of the programmes we belong to. A commission is never a reason we recommend something; we write about garments we would be willing to put our own name to, and we are not paid by the brands featured to say anything in particular about them.

We do not sell the products themselves and we are not the merchant. Prices, sizing, stock, shipping, returns and the condition of anything you buy are matters between you and the retailer, governed by that retailer's own terms. Products shown may sell out or change price at any time, and a garment photographed on our pages may differ from the item as delivered. We are not liable for a third-party retailer's products, service or conduct.

Some imagery on the Service is AI-generated and illustrates the style of a garment rather than serving as a photograph of the item you will receive. See the AI-generated content section below.

5. Email subscriptions

When you sign up for a free guide, lead magnet, or email list, you consent to receive marketing emails from us related to wardrobe content, product launches, and related promotions. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email or by contacting us directly.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Service — including text, images, video, audio, downloadable guides, our brand marks, our fictional characters, and any AI-generated materials we publish — is owned by Women Ignite Fire or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission, except for your personal, non-commercial use of products you have lawfully purchased.

Pinterest pins, Instagram posts, TikTok videos, YouTube videos, and Facebook posts we publish remain our property. You may share, save, and reshare them in their original form and context, but you may not republish them as your own, remove our branding, or use them commercially.

7. AI-generated content disclosure

Much of the video, image, and text content we publish is produced with the assistance of artificial intelligence, including voice synthesis, image generation, and avatar-based video generation. Our dramatic series are works of fiction: the characters in them are invented, and are generated and performed entirely by AI tools. They are not real people, they do not depict real events, and any resemblance to an actual person, living or dead, is unintended. This content is published for entertainment and educational purposes. We comply with each platform's AI-disclosure requirements and label synthetic media accordingly.

8. User conduct

You agree not to: (a) use the Service in any unlawful way; (b) impersonate Blue Crow Studio, the brand, or any of its representatives; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, customer data, or administrative areas; (d) submit deceptive or abusive content to any of our channels; or (e) interfere with the Service's normal operation.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers for payment processing, email delivery, file storage, social publishing, website hosting and content production. Their respective terms and privacy policies also apply when you interact with those services through us. If you would like to know which specific companies we use, write to us and we will tell you.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service and all content within it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Wardrobe and style content is for editorial and educational purposes only — it is not professional styling advice tailored to your individual circumstances. We do not guarantee any specific outcome from using our guides, capsules, or other products.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Women Ignite Fire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State and country in which Women Ignite Fire is principally based. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
